This website has no user accounts, no cookies for advertising and no third-party tracking pixels. We only receive the information you choose to send us: through the enquiry form, the WhatsApp link, or by email. That is normally your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country and the project details you write.
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you order, to deliver and support the order. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
The form on the contact page sends your details to our sales inbox so we can answer your inquiry. We keep the inquiry record only as long as needed to handle your request, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
If you prefer chat, the “Send on WhatsApp” button opens WhatsApp with your message prepared — you review it and send it yourself.
If a project requires it, we share the technical data needed for that project with the manufacturing partner producing your order, and with the freight forwarder handling your shipment. We share the minimum necessary.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve the project and to meet accounting and export documentation requirements.
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or through the contact form.
